Kuwait – Mubasher: First Investment got the approval of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to distribute 5% bonus shares or 5-for-100 shares to the registered shareholders on 5 June 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company announced earlier that the distribution will not lead to an increase in the capital or issued shares, adding that the dividends will be distributed through the retained earnings.
